Katherine has a clinical diagnosis of autism and works as a specialist mentor with Bridge CIC providing one-to-one support for neurodivergent University students.  She was a peer mentor with Neurodiverse Self Advocacy (NDSA) for four years offering post-diagnostic support through their Pathway program and support with employment goals through the Tool Up for Employment course.  She also works part-time as an assistant resources librarian for a local authority.

Self-understanding is a key to well-being.  Often, we are left in limbo after a late realisation of autism and Katherine offers a safe space for people working through what this means for them whether they are self-identified or have been through a formal diagnostic process.  She recently completed a foundation course in Art Therapy with the British Association of Art Therapists and welcomes the use of mind mapping and other forms of visual image and art-making as part of the mentoring process.

Katherine charges £50 for a one-hour session with the option of an initial free no-obligation 20-minute call.

Katherine’s Testimonials

“My sessions with Katherine were transformative. Her warm, supportive presence and empathic listening allowed me to explore how my autism affects my life and helped me gain a better understanding and acceptance. I began to feel more confident within myself, less alone and more able to share with others and explain what I needed to feel more comfortable in day to day life. Katherine provides a very safe space to explore and grow.” - Susie
