Rhi was diagnosed with Autism in 2015, in her mid thirties, and since then has been writing about her experience on her popular website www.AutistRhi.com, as well as working as an autism trainer and conference speaker.

Rhi has worked as an advocate and mentor with autistic adults for several years, covering a range of support goals for anyone who wants to make a positive change in their lives. She can offer you support with improving relationships, difficulties in employment, translating the world, transitional periods and more.

Rhi’s consultations offer a judgement-free space to discuss whatever issues you choose. She will work with you to find the root of any issues and come up with practical solutions. She comes from a perspective that autism is a difference, with positives to emphasise and difficulties to support, and that we all need to find our own balance in our lives; solutions are always as unique as we are. Her focus is on working towards improving your health and wellbeing in an ongoing way.

Rhi has five children, meaning she has experience of how hard it can be balancing your strengths and weaknesses as an autistic parent. She has an empathetic eye to how our different experiences can affect us differently, and how important it is for all of us to understand who we are first and foremost.

Rhi is co-founder of AutismHWB.com which offers opportunities for autistic adults to share the health and wellbeing techniques they have acquired to cope and thrive in this world. She also runs the Community Interest Company Autact CIC, and wrote the award winning play, The Duck, about sharing how her Autism has affected her. She sees communication as her one true passion.

Rhi works by Skype, Zoom, email and in person in Aberystwyth.
